This year's theme is “Reforma Migratoria Justa!” (just and fair immigration reform). As immigration reform legislation advanced in the Senate and then stalled in the House, we have seen many things we don't want tacked onto the reform we so desperately need. In this march, the largest gathering for civil, human and labor rights in the Rio Grande Valley, we will call for immigration reform that provides not only a path to citizenship, but a path to justice for our communities, including:
- Dreamers able to work after graduating college
- Equal opportunities for education
- Labor rights for everyone
- No more separation of families
- No more money wasted on border militarization
Join us and help send a strong message to our law makers that the Valley is ready for reform with a Path to Justice! RSVP here –> https://www.facebook.com/events/703680772988364/
