Release: LUPE TO HOST 20TH ANNUAL CESAR CHAVEZ MARCH

On March 25th, 2023, LUPE staff, members, organizations, and Texans across race, place, and background will be marching from the San Juan Municipal Park to the Historical LUPE Headquarters demanding “justicia y libertad”

What: La Unión del Pueblo Entero (LUPE), members, organizations, and Texans across race, place, and background will begin the day by marching approximately 1.8 miles for justicia y libertad from the San Juan Municipal Park to the Historical LUPE Headquarters. 

When: Saturday, March 25th, 2023 starting at 9AM CDT and ending at 1PM. We will gather at the San Juan Municipal Park and march to the Historical LUPE Headquarters 

Where: Starting/Meeting Point is 600 W. 1st ST, San Juan, TX 78589. From there, we will march to 1601 US-83 BUS, San Juan, TX 78589

Who: La Unión Del Pueblo Entero staff, members, organizations, and Texans across race, place, and background.

Visuals: Participants will engage with one another at the municipal park. Speeches will be given moments before the march to motivate the participants and to acknowledge the purpose of why we are here today. A crowd of people will be marching from municipal park to the historical LUPE headquarters where we will celebrate with one another.
